       Eurolink Managed Services plc ('the Company')

The directors have noted the rise in the Company's share price since the
announcement of the Northern Rock plc contract. The contract is not expected to
have any material effect on the Company's results for the second half of the
year ending 31st March 2004, which are broadly expected to be in line with the
first half year results which were announced in December 2003. This major
contract does, however, provide a solid base on which the Company's development
plans can build in future years.
