Eurolink Managed Services plc ('the Company')
The Company has been notified that David Wood, an executive director, has
today acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of the Company at a purchase price of 45
pence per share. This represents Mr Wood's entire holding in the Company
amounting to approximately 0.05 per cent of the issued share capital of
Eurolink Managed Services plc.
