 Application for additional new ordinary shares in SPARK ('new SPARK Shares')
issued on exercise of quoted warrants to subscribe ordinary shares in SPARK at
         75p per share ('Quoted SPARK Warrants') to be admitted to AIM
                                       
                                       
The Board of SPARK announces that application has been made to admit a further
1,911  new SPARK Shares to trading on AIM in respect of the exercise of Quoted
SPARK  Warrants at 75p per share, notices of which were received from  holders
of  Quoted  SPARK  Warrants  between 25 August 2000  and  28  September  2000.
Admission is expected to take place on 5 October 2000.
