ROBERT WALTERS STRENGTHENS BOARD WITH NON-EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT

Robert Walters plc, the recruitment and HR outsourcing business, today
announces the appointment of Graham Luff as a Non-executive Director to its
Board.  The appointment brings the non-executive complement of the Board to
full strength.

Graham Luff, 57, is currently Chief Executive of the Trader Media Group which
publishes the Auto Trader titles in the UK and Ireland.  In this role, he led
the development of the online arm of Auto Trader and acquired the TNT and
Southern Cross titles for Australasians visiting the UK.  He was instrumental
in the formation of the Trader Media Group from the merger of Guardian Media
Group Limited Auto Trader Division with Hurst Publishing Limited, where he was
previously Chief Executive for five years.

He has held a number of executive and non-executive positions in the publishing
and media sector.  He played a lead role in the establishment of London News
Radio, the acquisition of LBC and the subsequent sale of the company to
Reuters.  Prior to this, from 1986 to the mid-nineties, he was Finance Director
then Managing Director at Newspaper Publishing plc, which published the
Independent and Independent on Sunday, where he helped generate funding for the
company from venture capitalists and played a key role in its subsequent sale.

Graham began his corporate career at Kodak, where he held a variety of
positions over twenty years, culminating as Assistant Finance Director.
During that time, he played a key role in the company's manufacturing
rationalisation, established a European purchasing function and was involved in
its worldwide acquisition and strategy direction.
