Change of accounting year end

The Barkby Group PLC announces that it has changed its accounting reference date and financial year end from 31 December to 31 May. Accordingly, the Company's next annual report and accounts will be for the 17-month period from 1 January 2018 to 31 May 2019, which will be announced by 31 October 2019.  However, following the announcement on 26 September 2018 of its interim results for the six months to 30 June 2018, the Company will be announcing a further set of unaudited interim results for the six months to 31 December 2018 by 31 March 2019.
