Appointment of Simon Jones as Group Property Director

Barkby Group PLC (AIM:BARK), the diversified business group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Jones as Group Property Director with immediate effect.

Simon has 30 years of commercial real estate experience in investment and development across the UK. He was a Director of Arrowcroft, working in both London and Liverpool for almost 15 years in roles involving deal origination, acquisition and business plan delivery through development and asset management. More recently, Simon was Head of UK Strategic Asset Management for CBRE. He acted for public property companies, international funds and private equity houses to drive returns and capital values across office, logistics, retail and mix use real estate across the UK.
