                      Notification of Directors' Dealings



RM plc was notified yesterday that on 22 February 2006 Executive Director Rob
Sirs sold 10,146 ordinary 2p shares (representing 0.01% of the Company's issued
share capital) at a price of 187p per share and his wife (a connected person)
sold 10,500 ordinary 2p shares (representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share
capital) at a price of 187p per share. Following these transactions Rob Sir's
beneficial holding in the Company (including shares held on his behalf under the
terms of the RM plc 2005 Deferred Bonus Plan) is now 172,775 ordinary 2p shares
(representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital).
