Changes to the Board of Riverside Finance plc

 

The Company announces the resignation of Carlos Gregorio (Goi) Ashmore from his position as a Director of the Company, with effect from 31 December 2023. Goi had been a Director of the Company since 9 July 2020. Goi also resigns as a Board Member of The Riverside Group Limited, the Parent of the Company; and as a member of the Group Treasury Committee of The Riverside Group Limited, the Parent of the Company.
