Revolution confirms that the Annual Report & Accounts of Revolution for the 52 weeks ended 1 July 2023 (the "2023 Annual Report & Accounts") and the Circular to shareholders containing the notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting (the "2023 AGM Circular & Notice") will be available shortly on the Company's website at https://www.revolutionbarsgroup.com/investors/shareholder centre.  Hard copies of the 2023 Annual Report & Accounts and the 2023 AGM Circular & Notice have been posted to those shareholders who elected to receive them.

The 2023 Annual General Meeting will take place at 9.30 am on Thursday, 30 November 2023 at the Revolution Bars Group plc, Northern Office, 21 Old Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire OL6 6LA.
