                                Board Changes


The Board of RTS NetWorks announces that it has accepted the resignation of
Anthony Harrison as Group Managing Director, to enable him to make a full
recovery following a period of ill health.


Following completion of the integration of all the acquisitions made in the
past 15 months, the Board has achieved a requirement for a reduced central
overhead and consequently the Group's management objectives will be fulfilled
by operational management together with Bernard Fisher, Non-Executive
Chairman, and Eric Rothbarth, Chief Financial Officer.


The Board expresses its gratitude to Tony Harrison for his contribution to the
Group's development, and wishes him a full and speedy recovery and well in his
future career.
