Reliance Security Group PLC 15 April 2002 15 April 2002 For immediate release Reliance Security Group plc Contract Win - Centrex Facilities Management Contract The Directors of Reliance Security Group plc are pleased to announce that Reliance Integrated Services Limited ('RIS'), a wholly-owned subsidiary, has been awarded a contract by Centrex (formerly National Police Training) to provide facilities management services to six National Police Training Centres in England and Wales. It is estimated that the two-year contract, which commenced on 1 April 2002, will generate turnover of approximately £6 million in a full year. Under the contract, RIS will provide a full range of support services including housekeeping, catering, special event and accommodation management, transport and security. Commenting on the contract, Geoff Haslehurst, Group Managing Director, said: 'We believe our innovative approach to the delivery of facilities management in similar residential training environments and our ability to manage and seamlessly deliver a wide range of services with partners was an important factor in securing this important contract.
