Rentokil Initial PLC announces that it has today
purchased for cancellation the following Ordinary shares
of 1p each:
1,100,000 at 150p per share
2,000,000 at 151.31p per share
3,750,000 at 151.26p per share
1,900,000 at 156p per share
1,800,000 at 157p per share
