Change of Auditor

RentGuarantor (AQSE: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK private rental sector, announces that it has appointed Haysmacintyre LLP ("Haysmacintyre") as the Group's auditor. At the Company's next Annual General Meeting, Haysmacintyre's re-appointment will be proposed and voted on by shareholders.

The engagement of Haysmacintyre reflects the growth the Company has achieved since listing. RentGuarantor has undergone a period of significant expansion and its activities are becoming increasingly complex and diversified.
