NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS


On 13th November 2002 Mr Greg Locke surrendered options over 10,000 ordinary
shares of 10p each in Redrow plc with an exercise price of 102p per share and
15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each with an exercise price of 126p.



In addition, Mr Greg Locke has surrendered options over 173,960 ordinary shares
of 10p each in Redrow plc issued under the Long Term Share Incentive Plan.



Mr Greg Locke has no further interests in options over ordinary shares of 10p
each in Redrow plc.
