Redrow plc - Director Shareholding

On 25 November 2002 at 13:28 Redrow plc ('Redrow') was advised that the amount
of Redrow 10p ordinary shares received by Mrs Lorna Margaret Fitzsimmons
following the reinvestment of dividend income through Redrow's Dividend
Re-investment Plan at a price of 246 pence per ordinary share was amended from
164 to 163.  Consequently Mr Neil Fitzsimmons' (a director of Redrow plc)
beneficial ownership now stands at 15,406 ordinary shares.
