In an announcement dated 2 July 2007, City Equities Limited was incorrectly
stated as holding 10,620,000 ordinary shares in the Company. The correct
position, given that City Equities Limited held no shares in the Company prior
to the announced placing, was that City Equities Limited held 10,000,000
ordinary shares in the Company following the announced placing.

The Company has been informed that City Equities Limited has today disposed of
10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company. As a result City Equities Limited no
longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.
