THE ALTERATION IS IN RESPECT OF PAT RIDGEWELL'S HOLDING AS A PERCENTAGE OF THE
ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY - NOW CORRECTLY STATED AS 34.69% OF THE
ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL.



The Company was notified on 14 June 2006 that Pat Ridgewell purchased 100,000
ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company at 42p and 100,000 ordinary shares of
2p each in the Company at 43.5p. Pat Ridgewell is now interested in 22,502,354
ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company, representing approximately 34.69% of
the issued share capital of the Company.
