21 June 2007 Real Estate Investors plc ("REI" or the "Company") Property acquisition Real Estate Investors plc (AIM: RLE), the West Midlands based property company, is pleased to announce that it has exchanged contracts to acquire Guardian House, Town Centre, West Bromwich for the sum of £4,525,000. This property is fully let to the Secretary of State and Challinors Solicitors, producing rental income of £312,375 per annum. The property consists of approximately 41,790 sq ft and was purchased off-market directly from Warner Estates. The consideration was paid in cash.
