On 12 May 2005, Rathbone Brothers Plc was notified by Aviva plc (in fulfilment
of the obligations imposed by sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985)
that following sales totalling 292,457 on 10 May 2005, Aviva plc and its
subsidiary Morley Fund Management Limited no longer have a notifiable interest
in the ordinary shares of the Company.
