On 24 April 2007 the following PDMRs exercised share options over Rathbone
Brothers Plc Ordinary Shares of 5p granted under Rathbone Brothers Plc share
option schemes. The market value at exercise was £13.03 being the closing mid
market price on 23 April 2007. Following the option exercise, share sales took
