Directors Dealings

Randall & Quilter (AIM: RQIH), the specialist non-life insurance investor, service provider and underwriting manager, was notified on 23 February 2011 that on 23 February 2011, the following Non-Executive Directors of the Company purchased said shares of 2 6/91p each in Randall & Quilter at a price of 98 pence per share (the "Shares"):

Kevin Paul McNamara            100,000 ordinary shares

Michael Gordon Smith            25,000 ordinary shares

Jo Welman                              17,000 ordinary shares

The Company was also notified on 23 February 2011 that on 23 February 2011 Alex Welman, the wife of Jo Welman, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 2 6/91p each in Randall & Quilter at a price of 98 pence per share (the "Shares").

Following these purchases, Mr McNamara is interested in 139,106 ordinary shares of 2 6/91p each representing approximately 0.25% of the issued share capital of the Company, Mr Smith is interested in 25,000 ordinary shares of 2 6/91p each representing approximately 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company, and Mr Welman and connected persons are interested in 100,000 ordinary shares of 2 6/91p each representing approximately 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
