Notice of Third Extended Final Maturity extension for Series 2020-1 Notes

We refer to the USD 1,450,000,000 Series 2020-1 Notes due 15 April 2024 issued by Prunelli Issuer I S.a.r.l under compartment 2020-1 with ISIN: XS2244965245 (the "Notes"). Capitalized terms used in this letter and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Series 2020-1 Global Note Certificate. 

We would like to notify the Noteholders that:

1)   The Originators (being Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and Standard Chartered Bank) have provided consent to the exercise of the Third Extension Option request from Noteholders before the Third Extension Option Deadline.

2)   The Third Extension Period Margin has been set at 1.17% per annum.

3)   The Third Call option has not been exercised by any of the Third Extending Noteholders.

4)   The maturity extension process is undergoing and is expected to complete by 15^th October 2024.
