Directorate Change

The Company announces that Ernest Sharp, a non-executive Director, has decided
to retire at the Company's next AGM, which is scheduled for September 2006.

In advance of Ernest's retirement, the Company is pleased to announce the
appointment, on 10 May 2006, of Barry Dean, as a replacement non-executive
Director.  Barry has over 25 years experience in the private equity industry and
is also a director of Kleinwort Capital Trust plc and a non-executive director
of Elderstreet VCT plc.
