on 4 April 2000, the Non-Executive Chairman, Stuart Lucas
acquired an interest in 15,000 ordinary shares of 1p in the
Company at a price of 20p per share.  The Company was informed
on 4 April 2000.


Stuart Lucas holds a total interest in 1,185,000 ordinary shares
of 1p representing 5.925% of the issued share capital.
