PREMIER MANAGEMENT HOLDINGS PLC (the 'Company')

ACQUISITION OF ANDREW MILLS CONSULTANCY LIMITED ('AMC')

The Company is pleased to announce that it has today acquired Andrew Mills'
football agency AMC.  Andrew Mills represents 20 players including Ade
Akinbiyi (Leicester City) and Jamie Clapham (Ipswich Town).  The acquisition
broadens the Group's representation activities and adds Mr Mill's experience
and skills to the Premier team.

AMC will be acquired for a total consideration of £319,333 (with the
possibility of additional consideration for the achievement of profits in
excess of target).  The initial consideration of £19,333 will be settled by an
issue of 100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, and further
payments of up to £300,000 dependent on the achievement of certain profit
targets over the next three years.  If all profit targets are met then three
tranches of £100,000 of convertible loan notes will be issued.  Further loan
notes may be issued each year at the rate of 0.5 per cent. of profits in
excess of the targets set for each of the three years.

Any convertible loan notes issued will bear interest at the base rate of
Barclays Bank plc and are redeemable by 31 December 2006 at the latest.  The
Company also has the right to convert the loan notes into ordinary shares at
the price prevailing at the time of conversion.

The 100,000 ordinary shares comprising the initial consideration for AMC have
been allotted today and application will be made to admit these shares to
trading on AIM at the earliest practicable opportunity.
