Holdings Ltd acquired 455,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company, being
1.57% of the total voting shares of the Company in issue.

As a result of this acquisition, the aggregate holding of Acquisitor Holdings
Ltd in the Company is 5,038,000 ordinary shares of 50p each, being 17.39% of the
total voting shares in issue.
