CSS Stellar plc ('the Company') was informed on 25 January that Acquisitor
Holdings Ltd acquired 450,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company, being
1.58% of the total voting shares of the Company in issue.


As a result of this acquisition, the aggregate holding of Acquisitor Holdings
Ltd in the Company is 8,518,000 ordinary shares of 50p each, being 29.8% of the
total voting shares in issue.
