CSS Stellar plc ('the Company') has been informed that on 13 September 2006,
Charles Duncan Soukup acquired 8,493,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company, being 29.31% of the total voting shares of the Company in issue.



As a result of this acquisition, the aggregate holding of Charles Duncan Soukup
in the Company is 8,543,000 ordinary shares of 5p each, being 29.48% of the
total voting shares in issue.
