CSS Stellar plc ('the Company') was informed on 8 December that Acquisitor
Holdings Ltd acquired 2,280,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company,
being 7.87% of the total voting shares of the Company in issue.


As a result of this acquisition, the aggregate holding of Acquisitor Holdings
Ltd in the Company is 7,318,000 ordinary shares of 50p each, being 25.25% of the
total voting shares in issue.
