Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") announces that a wholly owned subsidiary
has purchased a new medical centre in Tyne and Wear, for approximately £2.1
million (net assets acquired £2.1 million) with an anticipated rent roll of some
£140,000 per annum.  The building will be let to a GP Practice and a pharmacy.
