Paragon Banking Group PLC ("the Company") announces that on 10 March 2026, the Company's Executive Directors exercised awards granted under the Paragon Performance Share Plan 2013 ("PPSP").  These awards were granted as nil-cost options over Ordinary Shares of £1.00 each in the Company ("Shares") and sufficient shares were sold, at a price of £7.769388 per share, to cover tax withholding obligations.  The balance of shares was retained by each director.
