Primary Health Properties PLC has today (17 May 2004) made application for the
admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority of 20,820 Ordinary
Shares of 50 pence each issued by Primary Health Properties PLC in lieu of the
interim cash dividend for the year ending 30 June 2004.



Admission of the new securities is expected to be effective on 21 May 2004.



The issued share capital is therefore 18,147,133 Ordinary Shares of 50 pence
each.
