PDMR Dealing correction

On 2 March 2026 (RNS number: 9731U), System1 Group PLC (AIM: SYS1) announced that it had received notification from John Kearon, Founder of System1 and formerly a Non-Executive Director of the Company, that he had sold 2,919,793 shares in System1, representing 23.01% of the Company's issued share capital, to Brave Bison Group plc ("Brave Bison"). This information was also disclosed by Brave Bison in its announcement on the same day (RNS number: 8932U).

The Board of System1 (the "Board") notes the subsequent announcement by Brave Bison on 3 March 2026 (RNS number: 1326V), confirming that as a result of a clerical error, Brave Bison would now be receiving a total of 2,905,899 ordinary shares in System1. The Board confirms that it received notification on 5 March 2026 that John Kearon had sold 2,905,899 ordinary shares in System1, representing 22.90% of the Company's issued share capital and John Kearon's entire shareholding in System1.

The corrected notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
