A notice was received today from Shell Pensions Management Services Limited advising
that following the sale of 250,000 Ordinary shares of Premier Utilities Trust PLC on
15 September 2004 The Shell Petroleum Company Limited has an interest in 543,900
Ordinary shares representing 3.00% of the issued Ordinary share capital.
The beneficial owners of the shares are:
Shell Contributory Pension Fund - 379,655 shares
Shell Overseas Contributory Pension Fund - 164,245 shares
