                                Quarterly Dividend

Premier Utilities Trust PLC announces that the first quarterly dividend, of 
1.125p per Ordinary share, which is in line with the expected level set out in 
the Company's prospectus published on 29 September 2003, will be paid on 31 
March 2004 to members on the register at the close of business on 27 February 
2004. The Ordinary shares will be marked ex-dividend on 25 February 2004.
