         Interim Management Statement and Investor and Analyst Seminar


Premier Foods plc announced at the time of its Interim Results that it would
issue an Interim Management Statement in the second half of 2007 and host an
Investor and Analyst Seminar shortly thereafter.



The Interim Management Statement will be released at 7:00am on 12 November 2007
and will be followed by a conference call for investors and analysts at 8:30am.
The statement will cover trading for the four months to the end of October 2007.
