Notification of Trading Update for the year ending 31 December 2006



The Prospectus to be published in connection with the acquisition of RHM plc by
Premier, which is scheduled to be issued on Friday 22 December 2006, will
contain a statement of current trading and prospects. Therefore, Premier is
bringing forward its trading update for the year ending 31 December 2006, which
would normally be issued in the second week in January, also to the 22 December.
