Issue of Equity and TVR

 

Premier African Minerals Limited, the AIM quoted multi-commodity natural resource company with mineral projects located in Western and Southern Africa, announces that it has issued 2,013,405 new ordinary shares of no par value ("New Shares") to a consultant, Brendan Ross pursuant to the terms of the 2012 Share Option Plan.

 

The New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares. Application will be made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to take place on 27 December 2013.

 

Following the issue of the New Shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of 388,468,546 ordinary shares, with voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
