The results as certified by RBSI (Guernsey) Limited Registrars are detailed below. The poll results were as follows: Resolution 1 (That each of Messrs. John Hallam, Talmai Phillip Morgan, Christopher Wade Sherwell, and Ronald Daniel Kazel (together, for the avoidance of doubt, with any alternate or substitute directors appointed by the Board prior to the date of consideration of this resolution) be and is hereby removed from his office as a director of the Company with effect from the close of the meeting.) For: 9,427,747 Against: 14,075,150 Resolution 2 (that Christopher John Agar be and is hereby appointed as a director of the Company.) For: 9,628,759 Against: 13,874,138 Resolution 3 (That Colin William Kingsnorth be and is hereby appointed as a director of the Company.) For: 9,427,747 Against: 14,075,150 Resolution 4 (That Andrew Pegge be and hereby is appointed as a director of the Company.) For: 9,427,747 Against: 14,075,150 The poll resolutions were duly defeated. The total number of shares voted was 23,703,909, representing 92.5% of the issued share capital. The Chairman made the following statement shortly following the results. 'We are pleased the majority of shareholders have accepted the recommendations of the Board to reject these proposals. This vote is an indication of shareholder support for the long term strategic direction of the Company and its place in the London market.'
