Notice of AGM

The Directors of Prodesse Investment Limited wish to announce that the Company
has posted notice of its Annual General Meeting and proxy forms to Shareholders
on Friday, 11 April 2008.

The AGM will be held at BNP Paribas House, 1 St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port,
Guernsey on 13 June 2008 at 9.30am.
