                  Interim Dividend for the Fourth Quarter 2006


Prodesse Investment Limited has declared an interim dividend for the quarter
ended 31 December 2006 of US$0.13 per share payable on 8 March 2007 to holders
on the register on 23 February 2007. Dividends are calculated and paid in US
dollars. Shareholders resident in the UK wishing for the conversion of dividend
payments into Sterling should contact Computershare Investor Services (Channel

have elected to receive their dividends in Sterling will be set on 28 February
2007.
