PORTMEIRION GROUP PLC (the 'Company')
Portmeirion Group PLC has today been advised that on 15
September 2000 Fortress Finance Investment Inc., a British
Virgin Islands corporation, purchased 100,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, and now holds a total of 570,000
ordinary shares representing 5.49% of the issued share
capital.
