PORTMEIRION GROUP PLC (the 'Company')
Portmeirion Group PLC has today been advised that on 29
September 2000, Fortress Finance Investment Inc, a
British Virgin Islands corporation, purchased 25,000
shares and now holds a total of 645,000 ordinary shares
in the Company representing 6.21% of the issued ordinary
share capital.
