Exercise of Options

The Company announces that on 17 October 2012 one employee of the Group exercised options under The Portmeirion 2002 Share Option Scheme to subscribe for a total of 17,680 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Accordingly, 17,680 new Ordinary Shares will be issued.  The total number of Ordinary Shares now held by the Company in treasury is 410,518.  The Company has 10,834,154 Ordinary Shares in issue and 10,423,636 Ordinary Shares with voting rights following this notification.

Application has been made for 17,680 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and trading of these shares is expected to commence on or around 23 October 2012.
