PORTMEIRION GROUP PLC (the 'Company')
Portmeirion Group PLC announces that on Monday 13
November 2000, Lawrence F Bryan, a Director, acquired
50,000 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company at a price of
165 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Bryan has a beneficial
holding of 173,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
