Honeycomb Investment Trust plc announces that on 28 September 2020 it repurchased into treasury 17,750 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 895.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, the Company has 39,449,919 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 3,745,504 Ordinary Shares are currently held by the Company as treasury shares. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 35,704,415.
