             Notice of Preliminary Results and Analyst Presentation

Polar Capital Technology Trust plc (the 'Company'), the specialist technology
investment trust, expects to announce its Preliminary Results for the 12 months
ended 30 April 2007 on Thursday, 14 June, 2007.

There will be a presentation for analysts and investors on the day of the
results at 9.30 am London time at Financial Dynamics, Holborn Gate, 26
Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1PB. A conference call facility will also be
available and the call can be accessed by dialing [phone].
Participants should register for the call at least 5 minutes before the start of
the presentation.

A copy of the presentation will be made available on the Company's website
www.polarcapitaltechnologytrust.co.uk from 7.30 am on Thursday, 14 June, 2007.
