                         Notice of Preliminary Results



Polar Capital Technology Trust plc, the specialist technology investment trust,
will announce preliminary results for the 12 months ended 30 April 2003 on
Friday 13 June 2003.


A briefing by Brian Ashford-Russell, a director of the Trust and head of its
investment management team, for broking analysts will be held at the offices of
UBS Warburg, 1 Finsbury Avenue, London EC2M 2PP, on the same day. A press lunch
briefing will be held at the later time of 12.30 pm.
