Partnership with BSC Young Boys Football Club Swiss Super League Champions

Plus500 become main sponsor for the next two seasons

Plus500, a leading online service provider for trading Contracts for Difference ('CFDs')  internationally, is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement ('Agreement') with BSC Young Boys Football Club ('Young Boys'), the Swiss Super League Champions,  to be its Main Sponsor for the 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons, with an option to extend beyond this date.

The Agreement is in addition to Plus500's existing sponsorships, which includes a longstanding and successful partnership as the main sponsor of Atlético Madrid during a successful era for the Spanish football club in which they won, inter alia, the UEFA Europa League. Plus500 is also the main sponsor for the Plus500 Brumbies in Australia. Both partnerships have served to increase brand recognition and expand the Company's customer base globally.

As part of the Agreement, the Plus500 logo will feature on the front of the Young Boys official jersey and training shirts for both national and overseas matches and Plus500 has access to a range of branding rights.

Based in Bern, the Swiss capital, BSC Young Boys is one of the most successful Swiss football clubs on the international stage and are currently the Swiss champions, having won the Super League in both the 2018-2019 and 2017-2018 seasons. Since 2005, Young Boys have played at the Stade de Suisse, one of the largest stadiums in Switzerland, with a capacity of 31,000 supporters.

David Zruia, Chief Executive Officer of Plus500, said: " We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Young Boys, the most successful Swiss football club, adding to our strong credentials in supporting professional sport, including our ongoing sponsorships of Atletico Madrid and the Plus500 Brumbies. Sponsorship agreements with top teams across the world are a core component of our strategy to increase international brand recognition and expand our global customer base. "

Wanja Greuel, CEO of Young Boys, added: " We are proud that Plus500 has shown such a strong commitment to our club and trust in our brand as we look towards professional football returning in Switzerland. Plus500 has a great track record of supporting successful teams in professional sport and we're excited to have them on board as our new main partner. "
