NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Plaza Centers N.V. (LSE:PLAZ) ("Plaza" / the "Company"), a leading emerging markets property developer, is announcing that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders ("EGM") will take place on Thursday 17^th December, 2015 at 10.30 (CET), at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel Amsterdam, Damrak 1-5, 1012, LG Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The Notice of Meeting, including agenda and proxy voting cards in English, will be sent today to Plaza's shareholders and Depositary Interests Holders registered at the Company's UK registrar (Capita Asset Services).

Documents made available by the Company for the purpose of the EGM may be inspected during normal working hours at the registered office of the Company (Prins Hendrikkade 48-s, 1012 AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands). Copies of the Company's Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting have been submitted today to the UK Listing Authority.
